Iran is expected to become a net exporter of aluminum materials after 2019

Abstract: at present, Iran's domestic alumina production is in a state of shortage, and it is holding talks with Chinese enterprises to build an alumina smelter with an annual capacity of 2million tons in asaluyeh

Iran is planning to increase its domestic metal production and is expected to become a net exporter of aluminum materials from 2019. Extended stretch space, an official of the Iranian mining and mining industry development and innovation organization said at the Arab conference in Oman. However, in the short term, Iran will still maintain the status of a net metal importer when the International Energy Agency (IEA) used the installation equipment for the first time. Iran's existing aluminum production capacity is 457000 tons/year, the operating capacity is 437000 tons/year, and the aluminum production is about 340000 tons/year

at present, Iran's domestic alumina production is in a state of shortage, and talks are being held with Chinese enterprises to build an alumina smelter with an annual capacity of 2million tons in asaluyeh. The bauxite needed by the smelter will be imported from the Guinean alumina company in Conakry, a supplier from Iran. Iran has reached an agreement with the company that by 2040, Iran can mine 4million tons of bauxite from Guinea every year

in the long run, Iran will achieve a balance between domestic aluminum production and demand in the past five years, and eventually become a net exporter of aluminum. The launch of this project will help to improve China's road conditions. At present, Iran is planning to increase its domestic aluminum production to 1.5 million tons in the next 15 years
